Shipping policy
The delivery address must be the same as the purchaser's address. Customs duties and other taxes will be charged to the person receiving the item.
International courier and postal services do not ship to Russia, so we cannot accept orders from Russia.
Delivery:
Your order will be shipped out within 3 working day if the items are available in stock. If the items are not available, we will send you an email within 3 working day with the estimated waiting time. Waiting time is approximate and it depends on the availability of our suppliers.
(International orders) We deliver your order with DHL. You will receive the items within 1-2 weeks after our dispatch.
(Japan orders) We deliver your order with Yamato Transport. You will receive the items within 1-2 weeks after our dispatch.
